Hello and a warm welcome to my website. I am a qualified, experienced and insured psychotherapeutic counsellor based in the South Downs not far from Chichester, Havant, Portsmouth, Fareham, Petersfield, Midhurst, Petworth & Bognor Regis.
I am registered with The British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists (BACP). I attend regular supervision as per the BACP guidelines to ensure I am supported & continue to develop my counselling service.
I will work with you to look at present issues & how they might relate to your past, then focus on what you might want from the future. I am trained and experienced in really listening, not judging and working together to perhaps help you view things from a different perspective or link patterns of behaviour together.
Indoor or Outdoor: I provide a warm, safe, confidential and beautifully rural counselling room, where we can identify, explore and work through things that are worrying you. I offer both long and short-term counselling which we can talk about at the initial session.
